I'm 19 as well and I have puffy/dark under eye circles. When I go to sleep on a full stomach they are even worse in the morning. And if I didn't drink enough water the day before they tend to he really bad. So…
- drink lots of water
- get plenty of rest
- don't eat 3 hours before going to sleep
If there are days you don't manage this then put two spoons in the freezer and when they're cold just put them under your puffy eyes and this will reduce the swelling…just like a bruise:)
Having a healthy diet and getting enough sleep works better then creams tend to.
