I'm 17 and I've never been kissed or had a boyfriend. I have several very close friends though. I went through depression in elementary school and crippling social anxiety in middle school. I also had body image issues and chronic insomnia in middle school. I still have social anxiety in high school but it is much better. Also my father committed suicide a year ago and I had major facial reconstructive surgery last year. Are these events The reason why I have a very limited social life? I feel like I have the social skills to have a boyfriend and friends now, but my high school experience is almost over.

i hav small social life just do new things like charity work or sports get out there

also the first guy you kiss my be loser or user dont feel like there are not more fish out in the see of the dating game

those aren't the reason why, but you can make them be the reason if you keep thinking they are. a lot of girls who are even in college still haven't been kissed or had a boyfriend. i haven't had a boyfriend either. and don't worry some people don't even have close friends.
